Due to the personal nature of our products and their high demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order modifications under any circumstances — including preorder items.

Please review all product details, lengths, textures, and shipping information before completing your purchase.


Preorders

All preorder items are made-to-order and are 100% final sale.
Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on vendor schedules or carrier delays.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it is automatically processed.
We cannot:

  • Cancel orders
  • Adjust orders
  • Modify products, lengths, or quantities
  • Change shipping addresses

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Store credit returns
  • Partial returns
  • Returns due to shipping delays

All purchases are final.


Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or vendor closures (including Lunar New Year) may impact delivery times.
These delays are outside our control, and refunds or chargebacks will not be honored for shipping-related issues.

For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend adding ROUTE Package Protection at checkout.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We will review and assist promptly.


Chargebacks

By completing a purchase with Inner Hair, you agree to our Final Sale Policy and acknowledge that chargebacks for any reason covered above will be disputed and denied.
