Order Processing

All orders are processed on business days only and after payment verification.

Business Days: Monday–Friday
Closed on U.S. Holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Fulfillment Timeframes

Fulfillment refers to the time required to process, prepare, and package your order.
This timeframe is separate from your selected shipping method.

How Shipping Windows Are Calculated

  • Your estimated shipping window is included in your Order Confirmation Email.
  • Fulfillment begins the next business day after purchase.
  • Weekends and holidays do not count toward fulfillment time.

Tracking & Order Updates

  • Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after purchase with order details and estimated shipping window.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Sent once your order ships. Includes tracking information.
    • Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
  • Track your order using the link or tracking number in your email.

Processing Times by Product Type

Custom Orders

For custom units (including The Original Collection and all made-to-order units), please allow 15–20 business days for fulfillment.
These items are created specifically for you and function as pre-orders.

Non-Custom Orders

For preorders fulfillment takes 10-13 business days.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Items marked ready to ship will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Note: Processing and fulfillment times do not include UPS transit times.

Delays

Fulfillment or delivery delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Customs delays (international orders)

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once shipped, all packages are under the carrier’s responsibility.
  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
  • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

We cannot modify addresses once an order is placed.
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact the carrier after receiving your tracking details.

International Orders

We do not offer offer international shipping as of right now. Stay tuned!

Customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in item or shipping costs.
